These testers meet the precise testing requirements for battery back sheet thickness testing with the accuracy up to 0.1um. Similar with PARAM CHY-C2 in its high precision and high efficiency, PARAM CHY-CA Thickness Tester is further equipped with automatic specimen feeding system with even higher efficiency.

These testers adopt world leading technologies to ensure high accuracy and good repeatability with its convenient and simple operation. They have greatly reduced human interferences on the results. The testing results analysis and printing as well as contact area, measure pressure and moving speed are in strict compliance with standards.

These testers consist of 3 parts, namely, control system, measurement system and output/printing system. Measurement system measures film thickness and outputs corresponding electronic signal; control system is for parameter setting, correcting, signal processing and result display; and output/printing system is for result output and printing.
